Ministry of Defense Language Institute (MODLI) provides translation service to individuals and institutions regarding documents and certificates in all languages, for example :

  • Academic certificates.
  • Student Success Statement.
  • Birth certificates.
  • Contracts and Specialized Translations (Institutions - Companies - and Ministries) .
  • Contracts and Specialized Translations (Technical Specifications) .
  • Interpretation.
  • Scientific theses review .

  • A statement of success is extracted for any level studied at MODLI after the student had passed this level.
  • Go to the evening courses branch and fill out the application indicating the level you required for the statement of success.
  • The statement of success is ONLY for one level.
  • Go to the cashier to pay the due fees.

  • The certificate is issued for any level studied at MODLI after the student had passed this level.
  • The certification exam is held every day except Friday from 9 am to 7 pm.
  • Go to the evening courses branch to fill out the form of the needed level after achieving the grade required in the certification exam.
  • The certificate is extracted in any required language.
  • The certificate fees are paid at the cashier and the applicant shall receive a receipt.
  • The applicant receives the certificate by sending a text message to the phone number written in the form.
  • The certificate is received by the payment receipt.

    • For Armed Forces Officers:

  • Military ID card

    • For Armed Forces Officers’ Families and Relatives:

  • National ID card + military ID card.
  • or National ID card + treatment card.
  • or National ID card + Armed Forces club membership card.
  • or National ID card + Certificate from insurance and pensions.

    • For Police Officers :

  • Police ID card.

    • For Police Officers’ Families :

  • National ID card + a renewed treatment card of the son, daughter or wife.

    • For Civilians :

  • National ID card.
  • Birth Certificate for underage students.

    • For Civilians working at the Ministry of Defense :

  • National ID card + treatment card (or social card).
  • Birth Certificate for underage students + treatment card (or social card).

    • For International Officers :

  • Go to the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Defense to obtain an approval to study at MODLI.
  • After obtaining the approval, submit with your original passport and your military ID card to MODLI.

    • For International Civilians :

  • Go to the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Defense to obtain an approval to study at MODLI.
  • After obtaining the approval, submit with your original passport to MODLI.

    • Placement days :

  • daily except Friday .
